Issue A Rallying Cry With
Divided We Fall
CD/LP/Digital - Out October 5th
"Rebel Rampage is on the one, and their brain and informativity is the ammunition for the gun! Check the music, check the record, check the knowledge!" -Angelo Moore (Fishbone)
NEW YORK, NY (October 5th 2018)
Los Angeles power rock trio, Rebel Rampage, are set to release their ferocious debut album Divided We Fall this Friday, October 5th. The politically charged and controversial collection is a fiery addition to L.A.’s historic lineage of protest music, which includes, Rage Against The Machine, Kendrick Lamar, Bad Religion, Fever 333 and more.
Rebel Rampage are on a mission to galvanize and inspire the public to clean out the United States government, uphold civil rights and the Constitution, and hold people accountable. They rally behind the motto, “United We Stand, Divided We Fall! Respect my existence, or expect my resistance!” Front man Graham Czach elaborates, “This project was born out of feeling helpless and hopeless with the current abomination of an administration and government especially Trump. It's our reaction to the outrageous corruption and darkness that has fallen over this country and is dividing it, hence the name of the album.“
The group’s political activism through music has drawn the respect of the ACLU of Southern California, whose members Rebel Rampage are excited to be offering free copies of Divided We Fall. The band are continuing to support ACLU's mission by collaborating on events including the Divided We Fall album release party and some upcoming activities around the midterm elections, to be announced at a later date.
Divided We Fall features a laundry list of industry heavy-hitters coming together to collaborate. Angelo Moore (Fishbone) and Emily Armstrong (Dead Sara) are featured special guest artists on the tracks “Red Star” and “I Am The Power” respectively. In order to make their message come to life, Rebel Rampage retreated to the famed Rancho De La Luna recording studio in Joshua Tree, CA to record with owner Dave Catching (Eagles of Death Metal, Queens of the Stone Age) and engineer Jon Russo. Vocals were tracked at Attic Recording in Nashville, TN with engineer Greg Magers (Lupe Fiasco, Umphrey's McGee). The final touches were honed by four-time Grammy Award winner Adam Kasper (Nirvana, Foo Fighters, Soundgarden) who mixed the album at Studio X in Seattle, WA and Grammy Award winner Reuben Cohen at Lurssen Mastering.
CD and vinyl copies of Divided We Fall, as well as Rebel Rampage t-shirts, posters and stickers are available direct from the band at rebelrampage.com.
