Rebel Rampage is the best way I can seek out truth and justice through music.”
Dylan McGee Jones (guitarist/co-writer)
Milwaukee native who spent many years in Chicago honing in on his craft. Now a Los Angeles resident, he has had the honor of performing, touring, and recording with many musicians from around the world such as Gallant, Jessie J, Dwele, El DeBarge, R. Kelly, Joe, Lupe Fiasco, Common, Rhymefest, Agnez Mo, and Yuna. Dylan constantly strives to bring honesty, diversity, soul, and electricity to his playing and stage performances.
Rock, pop, RnB, jazz, hip-hop, and fusion played a critical role in the development of Dylan's sound since he purchased his first guitar at 15. “I remember hearing Billy Corgan's guitar tone; the dense fuzz, vocal-esque squeals, raw emotion being emitted from an instrument. I wanted to live in and recreate that feeling, and the journey allowed me to dig deeper into a multitude of genres and players. Musical versatility is what shaped the sound that i have been honing in on for years, and Rebel Rampage is the perfect band to apply these aesthetics to. I am really excited to share this music and message with the world!"
